A Poetic Biography Of Dante Alighieri

In twelfth century Venice, they

Didn't play tennis. No jog

Nor mah jong to help

The day on. One day

Beatrice said to Dante, when

You're not scribbling and scratching

What plans are you hatching?

Dante said, whoa babe, you're the

Doll for me, forget the Divine

Comedy! For Bice's foxy charm

He did fall. That's all.
